Job summary

Eataly is seeking a Barista to craft and serve specialty beverages to guests across multiple QSR counters in a fast-paced environment. You will follow recipes, handle orders with care, and maintain station cleanliness while engaging with guests.

Role requires coffee knowledge, strong communication, and reliable teamwork. Onsite work with a flexible schedule and tips-based earning potential includes family meals and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about coffee, tea and beverage prep
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to perform simple math and follow production directions
• 1+ year barista experience on a manual espresso machine preferred
• High school diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves authentic Italian espresso, coffee and other café drinks at multiple counters
• Provides guests with exceptional service and product details
• Sets up stations and replenishes displays neatly including allergen separation
• Ensures items are dated and FIFO standards followed
• Weighs, grinds or packs coffee beans according to guest specifications
• Operates the POS system with accurate cash handling
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas per health guidelines
• Works across counters serving pastry, gelato, pizza and other Italian items
• Maintains calm demeanor during peak times
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
