Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a store team member in Raleigh to deliver friendly guest service, assist with product preparation, stocking, and merchandising while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will engage guests with samples and demonstrations and follow company programs to ensure consistent store presentation.

Ideal candidates are able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, read and follow directions, and communicate effectively with management and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive friendly, engaging service by providing guest demonstrations and samples using brewing and roasting equipment.
• Follow merchandising and operational guidelines and programs including proper inventory level of product and supplies.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, rotating and guest service to achieve standards.
• Perform cleaning tasks and sanitation and maintain safety throughout the department in accordance with the Lowes’ Foods standards.
• Perform PA announcements on schedule.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
