Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is hiring a Barista/Host to join the Front of House team in a part-time role. You will operate espresso machines, manage cash handling, and maintain a welcoming café environment for guests.

The position requires prior barista or customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Training on recipes and POS systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• Prior barista/café or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math skills for cash handling and beverage measurements.
• Must learn beverage preparation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and pastries.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and cash handling.
