Live! Casino & Hotel in Bossier City is seeking a Barista for Ridotto. You will greet guests, prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes, and contribute to a welcoming Third Place environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining calm during peak times, supporting team morale, and ensuring accuracy in cash handling and safety procedures while delivering exceptional service to casino guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn quickly and follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves hotel and casino guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment and cues.
• Communicates information to manager so the team can respond to create a welcoming environment.
• Assists with partner training by reinforcing performance and coaching as needed.
• Delivers legendary customer service by putting the customer first and addressing needs.
• Follow cash handling, safety and security policies to ensure partner safety during each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure resources and products are available.
• Provide quality beverages, whole bean and food products according to recipe and standards.
