Job summary

Job description

• Responsible for providing prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service with a working knowledge of cash handling, inventory and food preparation procedures.
• Maintains current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, presentation, appearance and time required.
• Monitors guests at all times, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Starbucks Barista or comparable Coffee House experience preferred.
• Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Demonstrates expertise in food and beverage service, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and effective communication. Proficient in cash handling and inventory management within high-volume operations.
