Littleton's Market is seeking a customer-focused Barista to prepare coffee drinks and food while creating a hospitable atmosphere. You should be passionate about coffee and service, organized, calm, and ready to go above and beyond to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in a food service or customer-facing role.
ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to resolve guest issues quickly per brand standards.
Excellent conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide personal service to each guest.
Take food and drink orders; describe menu items accurately for best execution.
Demonstrate understanding of coffee preparation, including specialty drinks.
Enter orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently.
Clear and reset counters and tables after each guest visit.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas with clean-as-you-go practices.
