Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista in San Francisco to deliver exceptional guest experiences with fresh beverages and foods. You will follow Starbucks and Target standards, handle stocking, drive-up, and guest interaction while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

We welcome flexible schedules, training provided, and opportunities to grow within a team-focused environment. Previous food service is preferred but not required, and the role emphasizes customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and storing reserve product.
• Follow all safety policies and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU).
