Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow safe food and beverage handling procedures to comply with health department.
• Memorize a large number of drink recipes and move at a fast pace to serve customers quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and pastries according to Summer Moon standards.
• Provide quality customer service by informing customers about our products.
• Take orders and process payments using a POS system.
• Restock condiment counters and maintain customer areas; clean tables.
• Clean and maintain working areas; complete shift checklist.
• Receive inventory from suppliers, restock, and store orders.
• Sweep and mop floors regularly; perform related duties.
