Job summary

Peet's Coffee in the United States is seeking motivated Baristas to deliver exceptional service and craft beverages in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a passionate team, maintain cleanliness, and support store operations while embracing Peet's standards.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by following Peet's service steps.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages to Peet's high standards.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and product education.
• Demonstrate reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked coffeebar.
• Minimum availability of two days per week.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Must comply with Peet's Employment of Minors policies.
• Perform various physical tasks; see Physical Requirements.

Responsibilities
