Job summary

Dan’s Management Co. operates Dunkin locations in Rhode Island and Connecticut and is actively seeking Crew Members to deliver friendly guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

As a part of a franchisee team, you will prepare food and beverages, greet guests, operate equipment, handle POS transactions, and maintain clean work areas while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
