Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring Baristas (full-time and part-time) at Hundredfold in Atlanta, GA. Deliver guest service through coffee knowledge, educate teammates and customers, and craft beverages to brand standards.

This is a tipped position with an hourly pay of $7.25 under the base rate. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and weekly pay, plus opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry out tasks.
• Experience as a barista or beverage knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about menu items and upsell when appropriate.
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to brand specifications.
• Assist in opening/closing the location.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Process transactions using the POS system and handle cash accurately.
