Qualifications

• Must be able to commit to a schedule with at least two days per week, including mornings/evenings/weekends.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Ability to perform physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by following Peet’s service steps.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and products to Peet’s standards for taste and appearance.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace by collaborating with coworkers and taking initiative.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate reliability with attendance, punctuality and timely task completion.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked coffeebar and work calmly in a fast-paced setting.
