Qualifications

• Experience handling espresso drinks and food-service items.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders into POS device and handles cash/credit payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and restocking of service area.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and compliance with HACCP standards.
• Greets customers and communicates menu details clearly.
• Supports merchandising and completes other duties as assigned.
