Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is hiring for full-time and part-time Barista positions in Lake Forest, IL. Location: Northwestern Lake Forest - 1000 North Westmoreland Road. Shifts include early mornings and day hours; weekends possible. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

As a Barista, you’ll craft espresso drinks, serve items, follow HACCP guidelines, and engage with customers to ensure a positive dining experience for patients, caregivers, and the community.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food items.
• Enters orders into POS and handles payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper temperatures per HACCP guidelines.
• Greets customers and ensures satisfaction, handles inquiries.
• Prepares display foods attractively and follows recipes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
