Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee is hiring a barista to join our team in a fast-paced setting. You will prepare coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and other menu items while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include taking orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety and quality standards. Flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required to support shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other menu items.
• Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process cash/card payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow food safety and beverage preparation standards.
• Restock cups, syrups, coffee, milk, and other supplies.
• Operate espresso machines, blenders, POS systems, and other equipment.
• Work efficiently during busy morning and afternoon periods.
• Follow company recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work as part of a team and support coworkers when needed.
