Qualifications

• Reliability: Dependable and punctual with strong team communication.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide speedy, friendly service.
• Drink/Food Preparation: Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and food items according to recipes.
• Sales & Service: Manage cash drawers, process payments, and suggestively sell products, gift cards, and merchandise.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store environment.
• Operational Duties: Stock inventory, receive shipments, and perform opening/closing procedures.
