Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in food service.

• Starbucks barista certification may be required depending on site.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with quick, friendly service and personal attention.
• Prepares hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, etc.) per order.
• Maintains fast, accurate service and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Educates guests on menu offerings and suggests items to enhance orders.
• Keeps coffee bar organized and clean; handles cash and POS transactions.
• Complies with cleanliness and safety standards; assists with bench/food prep areas if needed.
