Job summary

ARAMARK in Bothell, WA is hiring full-time Baristas to deliver fast, friendly service, prepare specialty drinks, assist with food prep, and take orders with accuracy. You will operate the POS, greet customers, and follow brand standards while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Prior customer service and cash handling experience are preferred. This role offers opportunities for growth within a collaborative team and requires English reading/comprehension and adherence to dress code and health

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a barista preferred.
• Basic math & counting skills required.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow required dress code as assigned.
• Able to read and communicate in English and able to follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Balance cash drawer, fill cashier slip, and make deposits.
• Follow Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and breakdown coffee bar and store areas; clean and sanitize.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverage coolers and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
