Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring a Barista to prepare quality beverages and deliver a friendly, consistent customer experience. You’ll follow recipes, operate espresso machines, restock supplies, and keep the workstation clean and organized during busy periods.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and help guests enjoy their visit. Prior food service or customer service experience is welcomed, and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide helpful service.
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas and other menu items using established recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team to keep workflow smooth during busy periods.
• Operate espresso machines and equipment safely according to guidelines.
