Qualifications

• Previous barista or cafe experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with using a register and basic computer tools.
• Physical ability for standing, lifting and walking.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders at the counter.
• Prepare beverages and bakery items to spec.
• Stock deliveries and tidy the cafe area.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cafe cleanliness and presentation throughout the shift.
• Follow FIFO and proper dating of products.
• Support bookfloor team when needed.
• Adhere to loss prevention procedures.
