Job summary

CityGate Hospitality LLC's Hotel Arista in Naperville is seeking a Barista who delivers outstanding guest service. You will take orders, cashier, and prepare a range of foods and drinks throughout the day while upholding brand standards.

Benefits include a waiting period, compensation of $17.00-$19.00 per hour plus gratuity, and the opportunity to join a friendly team with morning and afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in food service or a coffee shop is preferred.
• Micros experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them into the restaurant.
• Anticipate customer needs when assisting guests with orders.
• Follow cash handling, food and beverage preparation, safety and daily operation policies.
• Prepare all orders according to standards while meeting speed and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean guest environment and workspace.
• Adhere to food and health safety standards.
• Convey product knowledge to guests.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Demonstrate punctuality and attendance for each shift.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
