Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a part-time Broista to craft drinks per our standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends, and be part of a team that emphasizes speed, quality and guest experience.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, educating them about our menu, and maintaining a clean, energetic shop. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate core values of speed, quality, and service.
• Must represent Dutch Bros culture and customer focus.
• Must have reliable transportation and punctual for shifts.
• Must have Food Handler Certification if required by state/local laws.
• Availability to work minimum 15 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks per Dutch Bros standards and customer order.
• Greet customers with a smile and create welcoming experience.
• Educate customers about the menu and current specials.
• Be on time and follow appearance guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, inviting shop and appropriate music.
• Attend mandatory meetings and follow policies.
