Job summary

Aramark in Grapevine, TX is hiring full-time Baristas to join our coffee team. You’ll prepare specialty drinks, assist with food preparation, and process orders and payments, delivering memorable experiences for customers.

Ideal candidates have customer service and cash handling experience, barista exposure, basic math skills, and the ability to read recipes and follow brand standards. English communication is required. Adherence to health, safety, and dress code guidelines is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Balance cash drawer, fill cashier slip, and make deposits.
