Job summary

Steeple Coffee in Atlanta, GA is seeking a part-time Barista to craft espresso-based beverages and support food service. You will engage customers, suggest combinations, and maintain a clean, organized coffee bar. Basic math for transactions and inventory is required, with an emphasis on friendly, efficient service.

Weekend work is required, including Sundays. Two years of related experience preferred; familiarity with sanitation standards and beverage preparation methods is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and serve coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, lattes, etc.) with consistency.
• Engage with customers, offering recommendations and creating a positive service experience.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee brewing methods, beans, and equipment.
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory for the coffee bar.
• Help with disposing of trash and keeping the coffee bar organized.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to prepare Steeple Coffee for the next day.
