Job summary

Eataly is hiring a Barista at our West Palm Beach marketplace to create and serve specialty beverages per recipes while delivering high-quality, fast-paced service across multiple QSR counters. You will ensure accurate order details, manage item freshness, and assist guests with product knowledge.

The role requires onsite availability with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Experience as a barista on manual espresso machines is preferred and a high school diploma is

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation.
• Outstanding communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and follow directions for all production.
• 1+ year barista experience on a manual espresso machine preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves authentic Italian espresso, coffee and other café drinks at multiple counters.
• Provides guests with exceptional service and product details.
• Sets up stations and replenishes displays including allergens handling.
• Maintains FIFO and dating on all items.
• Operates the POS system with accurate cash handling.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas according to health standards.
• Works across QSR counters serving pastries, gelato, pizza and other delicacies.
