Job summary

Harris Teeter in Mount Pleasant, SC, is seeking a full-time Starbucks Department supervisor to assist in directing a team of up to 12 associates. You will support the Department Manager with coordination, performance evaluation, and staff training, while handling ordering, receiving, and daily operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), AST-certification, and completion of company training programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be AST-certified.
• Complete Company's training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and department manager training.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage and supervise up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department.
• Assist the Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
• Perform duties such as ordering and receiving product, interviewing and training associates, planning and directing work, and appraising performance.
