Job summary

White Lodging in Charlotte, NC seeks a friendly Barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences, prepare quality beverages, and promote menu items with enthusiasm. You will maintain a clean workspace, handle payments, and represent the brand with a neat appearance while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Previous barista experience helps but is not required; training is provided and opportunities for growth within the hospitality group.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• The Barista will deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with customers to deliver quality beverages and products. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness always
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials, new menu items, and specifications including proper preparation while promoting and recommending menu options to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
• Process all payment methods
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
