Caffe Nero is seeking enthusiastic individuals in Boston to join our team. As part of our customer service staff, you will smile and welcome customers, prepare and serve delicious coffee and pastries, and provide excellent one-on-one service.

This position offers full training on how to craft beverages and opportunities for advancement. We value a positive attitude and energy as key components to delivering top-notch service in a fun and demanding environment.

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

• Prepare & serve handcrafted coffee beverages
• Serve fresh baked pastries and handmade sandwiches
• Provide 1 to 1 service to all customers; from hello to goodbye
