Job summary

Subaru of Little Rock is seeking a coffee enthusiast to join our team at our newly renovated location. The barista will prepare, serve, and collect payment for beverages, while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, handling cash, restocking supplies, and following health and safety guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent is required; previous barista experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening/communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep a clean and organized workspace.
• Customer focus and self-motivated with time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to our customers.
• Exhibit a friendly and efficient demeanor when dealing with guests.
• Account for cash flow and inventory during shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and coffee machines.
• Provide cheerful and helpful customer service, making sure each guest feels welcomed and appreciated.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the company handbook.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to guarantee the quality of our products.
• Check products in cold unit area and restock items to ensure an adequate supply throughout the shift.
• Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
• Complete other assigned duties or tasks.
