Big Grove Brewery is opening our first ever coffee shop attached to our Omaha taproom. As a Barista, you will create a Big Grove experience through preparing and serving coffee for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a barista or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Willingness to learn about coffee preparation and customer preferences.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests and assist teammates to do the same.
• Thoroughly understand the menu, including ingredients, methods, styles and special dietary considerations.
• Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized for each guest.
• Excel in selling products to guests.
• Enter orders accurately and timely, delivering orders with proper presentation.
• Operate point of sale terminals and process payments.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Replenish supplies and assist with stock inventory and ordering.
