Qualifications

• Regular and punctual attendance is required.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays.
• Maintain store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Engage with customers and respond to needs with clear, pleasant communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized orders.
• Work across tasks within the store during each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell when appropriate.
• Support team to ensure smooth store operations.
