Job summary

Sip Craft Soda & Boba in Stonebriar Centre Food Court, Frisco, TX is hiring energetic Baristas for part-time or full-time shifts. Join a fast-paced team delivering craft sodas, boba teas, and specialty beverages with friendly service.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks to recipes, operating the POS, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting featured items. Weekend availability is required; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer-service oriented demeanor.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Weekend availability, especially Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve craft sodas, boba teas, and specialty beverages according to recipes.
Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Engage with customers, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
Sample products and promote featured drinks to customers.
Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Work efficiently with team members during busy hours.
