Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce a wide variety of beverage recipes using standardized recipes.
• Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Multitask across duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation.
• Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Identify ingredients and finished products not meeting quality standards and correct issues.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in the work area.
• Prepare for semi-annual health department and regulatory inspections.
• Create personalized customer experiences with product knowledge and accuracy in fulfilling requests.
• Perform service recovery when products don’t meet customer expectations.
