Toni Patisserie and Cafe is seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Baristas in Hinsdale, IL. You will greet customers, prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in the restaurant industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming environment.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, and process transactions using the POS system.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cafe, including coffee preparation and guest dining areas.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring high quality drinks.
• Stay knowledgeable about the menu offerings and make recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure well-being of customers and staff.
• Exhibit a positive and professional attitude promoting teamwork and respect.
