Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety.
• Engage with customers and respond to customer needs through clear communication.
• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Learn quickly and understand oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
