Safeway is seeking a friendly Barista to craft quality beverages and deliver a welcoming customer experience. You will follow recipes, operate espresso machines, and keep the workspace clean and organized while staying on schedule during busy periods.

You bring strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers competitive wages paid weekly and opportunities for training and growth within our store team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, timely, and helpful service while addressing requests and questions
• Experience with coffee, espresso, teas using established methods
• Ability to follow recipes to maintain quality and consistency
• Strong organization and time-management to manage multiple orders

• Ability to work independently and with others to run daily operations
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with changing demands
• Safe operation of espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment
• Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
