Thomas Franks is seeking a Barista in Charlotte, North Carolina to join a Monday–Friday operation at a busy contract location. The role focuses on delivering excellent coffee to staff and visitors while maintaining food standards and safety policies.

You will work as part of a friendly team, handling payments and cash, with responsibilities including setting up each day and managing stock. The position offers 32 hours per week with a start in December.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience preferred
• Ability to work well in a team
• Goodspoken and written English required
• Cash handling experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Work in a team producing high-quality coffee for staff and visitors
• Adhere to company food standards and manage wastage
• Follow food hygiene and health & safety policies and allergen controls
• Stock and rotate retail items regularly
• Set up the location in the mornings for daily operation
• Manage payments and cash handling
• Perform daily stock takes of products
