Qualifications

• Friendly, timely and helpful customer service is expected.
• Knowledge of preparing coffee, espresso drinks, teas and related beverages using recipes.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple orders, and keep a clean workspace.
• Familiarity with safe food and beverage handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Willingness to work independently and with others to support daily operations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing service demands.
• Ability to safely operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
