Job summary

Delaware North Gaming at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire, is hiring a Barista. This full-time or part-time position delivers guest service through Starbucks coffee knowledge, educates guests on drink options, and prepares beverages to brand specifications.

This is a tipped role; hourly pay is $15.00 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits described by the employer. Responsibilities include greeting guests, serving beverages, handling POS, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous Barista experience preferred.
• Ability to follow product preparation and serving protocols to meet company standards.
• Ability to operate a POS system to record orders and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and suggest items using suggestive selling techniques.
• Serve beverages and food items in correct proportions following health and safety guidelines.
• Record all transactions via the POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock the lounge at end of shift.
• All other duties as assigned.
