Job summary

Peet’s Coffee in the United States is seeking Baristas who are passionate about coffee, customers, and teamwork. You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting and help guests enjoy handcrafted beverages crafted to our standards.

You’ll earn $20.25-$20.75 per hour plus an estimated $3.00-$6.00 per hour in tips, with medical, dental and vision options, paid vacation after 4 months, and a 401k with matching.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences following service standards.
• Assist customers with beverage preparation and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized coffeebar and manage time during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted beverages to Peet’s standards for taste and appearance.
• Drive sales via suggestive selling and product education.
