SVM Coffee, LLC is hiring a Starbucks barista to deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing legendary service and expertly crafted beverages in a fast-paced store setting. You will engage with customers, work with team members, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit special.

No prior experience is required, and flexibility with hours is preferred as you contribute to daily operations and customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
• Engage with customers to discover and respond to needs with clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize as requested
• Be able to perform multiple store tasks during each shift
