• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Greet customers courteously and promote customer satisfaction.
• Explain daily menu items and assist in buying decisions.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and serves neatly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
