Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a full-time Barista at Baptist Anderson North Campus in Meridian, MS. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 7:30 pm; previous barista experience is preferred.

Position involves making coffee and related items and serving patients and staff with care. As part of Morrison Healthcare, you will follow HACCP guidelines, operate the POS, maintain clean work areas, and contribute to a friendly customer experience in a hospital

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items.
Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations.
Interacts with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner.
Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
