This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive attitude. You will learn our recipes, assist with training, manage cash transactions, and help promote seasonal offerings to enhance guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes customers and team members warmly to create a positive environment.
• Maintains service speed without compromising beverage quality, including third-party orders.
• Prepares and serves coffee and related beverages and food items using espresso machines and ovens.
• Keeps work and customer areas clean and safe following health guidelines.
• Promotes new coffee offerings and seasonal specials to boost sales.
• Handles cash and card transactions accurately, including daily deposits when required.
• Supports training and mentors new team members during onboarding.
• Manages daily, weekly, monthly tasks from leadership.
• Handles customer complaints and resolves issues professionally.
