Job summary

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role includes benefits and weekly pay where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to greet, help customers and handle questions.
• Experience with preparing coffee/beverages and following established recipes.
• Attention to detail to follow recipes and maintain quality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage time during busy periods.
• Awareness of safe food and beverage handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Willingness to collaborate with team to keep operations smooth.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and changing service demands.
• Comfort with operating espresso machines, grinders and related equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep work area clean and organized, restock supplies, and ensure equipment is ready for use.
