Job summary

Marriott Denver South at Park Meadows is seeking a Barista to provide quality coffee and beverage service in line with guest service and sustainability standards. You will handle orders, payments and beverage preparation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience and barista skills. Schedule varies and may include holidays and weekends; training on safety and sustainability practices will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Barista experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take coffee, beverage and food orders, input orders into POS system, collect payment and prepare orders.
• Bus coffee cart areas and tables.
• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment and areas.
• Ensure appliances are turned on/off at the appropriate times.
• Stock and maintain work areas and equipment.
• Follow safety, sustainability, and environmental guidelines as applicable.
