Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is hiring Baristas to join our team. You will craft beverages, serve customers, and contribute to a friendly, efficient cafe environment. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires schedule availability of at least two days per week, including early mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country where the job is located.
• Must be at least 16 years old or older.
• Must comply with Peet's Employment of Minors policies.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by following Peet’s service steps with quality engagement and friendly service.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and products to Peet’s high standards in taste, appearance, and consistency.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace by collaborating with coworkers and seeking feedback.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling, product education, and sampling for customers.
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized coffeebar and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
