Qualifications

• Friendly, timely and helpful service while following up on customer requests and questions.
• Familiarity with preparing coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and related products using established methods.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Prioritize tasks, manage multiple orders, and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Familiarity with safe food and beverage handling, sanitation practices, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and with others to drive daily operations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing service demands.
• Safely operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment following established guidelines.
• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and work in varying temperatures.
