Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a hospitality team member for its Cocoa Beach property. Provide guests with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintain a clean, comfortable environment.

Role requires flexibility in shift days and hours to meet 24/7 operations, excellent communication, and adherence to health, safety, and service standards. No prior experience is required and benefits support staff well-being.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events and set a positive example for the team.
• Communicate information to manager so the team can respond as necessary.
• Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Ensure cash handling, safety and security procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for easy resource access.
