Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista in Overland Park to provide a warm, efficient guest experience while ensuring product quality and safety. You will handle food and beverage prep, fulfill drive-up orders, and maintain clean, organized service areas.

The role supports a fast-paced store environment with emphasis on accuracy and guest satisfaction. We look for friendly, team-oriented individuals who can adapt to varied shifts, follow safety guidelines, and deliver consistent service aligned

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing.
